Guest360 services are tailored to each property and project. Pricing is based on a minimum 12-month service commitment, with subscriptions and any applicable annual platform or hosting fees payable annually in advance. Project build fees are invoiced according to the payment structure below. For larger or multi-property projects, bespoke quotations and milestone payment schedules will be provided before work begins.
Projects under £100 – Full payment required upfront.
Projects over £100 – 50% deposit to commence work, with the remaining 50% payable upon final approval, sign-off, and before delivery.
Multi-property projects – Custom quotation with agreed milestone payments based on project scope and delivery stages.
Annual subscription fees cover continued access to the Guest360 platform, hosting, software updates and standard support. Content updates or additional development outside the agreed package may incur additional charges.
